Shannon Edwards is a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator with 21 years of mortgage industry experience. Throughout her career, she has served in many roles—including closer, processor, and underwriter—giving her a well-rounded understanding of the loan process and the ability to guide clients with clarity from their first conversation through closing day.
A Brevard County local since infancy and a graduate of Palm Bay High School, Shannon has deep roots in the community she serves. She has been with her high school sweetheart for 30 years and married for 24. A proud UCF mom and Satellite High mom, she loves spending time with her family—especially during visits to amusement parks.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys drawing, painting, plants, art festivals, farmers markets, and a good Sunday-morning combination of coffee and a trip to Ross or TJ Maxx. Her family also includes two dogs, Willow and Koko, and three tortoises, Cinnamon, Peppermint, and Jamieson.
