Jared Skarda is a Mortgage Loan Originator with a strong academic foundation in finance. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance at just 21 years old, bringing both financial knowledge and a thoughtful, educational approach to each client conversation.
Jared has lived in Brevard County for 10 years and attended Melbourne High School, where he played football. His local experience helps him connect with homebuyers and homeowners throughout the Space Coast while guiding them through important financing decisions.
Outside of work, Jared is passionate about fitness and personal development. He enjoys surfing near Patrick Space Force Base, kayak fishing in the Indian River, and camping on the area’s spoil islands. He also travels to Central and South America whenever he can to surf, experience new places, and enjoy different cultures.
With a sister-in-law serving in the Army Airborne, Jared also has a personal appreciation for military service and the families who support those who serve.
