For every home and every situation, the process can vary. At Morgan financial, we work closely with you through every step of the loan process to make sure that it goes as smoothly and timely as possible.  Typically, real estate contracts are written for 30 days.  This should be ample time to complete a loan.

If your lender is telling you that the transaction will take more than 30 days, please give Morgan Financial a call. Currently, 43% of Morgan Financial’s loans (both VA and conventional) are cleared to close in 10 days or less.  And on AVERAGE, all of our loans are clear to close in 13 days.  We have had loans cleared to close in as little as 1 day, however, that is certainly not typical!
