Being the “new girl”, I have an unbiased perspective on how Morgan Financial runs their business and I have to say, “Integrity First” means more than just words to this company…it is their core value.  Within each person on the Morgan Financial team; this holds true.

Throughout the hiring process, I knew there was something different about this company. Everyone I encountered was welcoming, personable, and genuine. From the very first phone call to the final interview, I felt “at-home” and comfortable. Coming into the office, I knew this was where I wanted to be.
