What is a COE?  Where can I get a COE?

COE stands for “Certificate of Eligibility”.

The COE verifies, to the lender, that you are eligible for a VA-backed loan.  While the COE proves eligibility, you must also qualify for the loan with a VA approved lender to obtain the loan.  You can get your COE yourself through applying online HERE, or contact Morgan Financial and we can obtain your Certificate in a few minutes.
